HOW CAN WE HELP?

1. YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE PLEDGE MANAGER: If you keep getting the error message 'No account was found", please complete this form: Problems accessing the Pledge Manager.

2. FREEBIES: If you are entitled to a free set of FREEBIES and you CANNOT add them to your cart, simply
  1. Sign in
  2. Go to 'My Account' and click on 'View Messages'
  3. There, 'Send a message' that says 'I am entitled to 1 set of Freebies; can you please add them to my Rewards Selection?'
  4. That's it! We will update your Rewards and send you a new 'invoice' to confirm the add. Please allow us a few days to do this.
3. TGG1 RETURNING BACKER: If you pledged on TGG1 and want your Free Heroine ($10 at KS pricing), please review this form: TGG1 RETURNING BACKERS.
 
4. CHANGE OF ADDRESS: Moving? Already moved? Complete this form: ADDRESS CHANGES. Do NOT update your address in the Pledge Manager, it will have NO effect on your future shipment(s).
